Universal Products materials and products are manufactured to meet specific performance criteria.  At the time of purchase, the buyer assumes all responsibility for assuring that the that the actual usage conditions of the product conform to the specified  performance criteria.  Universal Products will replace any materials that fail to perform as specified.  In order for the buyer to take advantage of of this warranty replacement provision, a sample of the defective product , as well as the product date code should be provided to Universal Products.  Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any damage, expense or consequential damages arising out of use of or the inability to use the product.  This warranty (except as prohibited by law) is in lieu of all warranty's of merchantability,fitness for purpose, or other warranties, express or implied, except of title and against patent infringement.  The remedies set forth herein are EXCLUSIVE.  The liability of Universal Products, with respect to any defective merchandise or the sale of anything done in connection therewith shall not exceed the original cost of the material. 

* Exterior durability is based on proper application and vertical exposure

-Any horizontal application of products,such as on a vehicle hood or roof, is considered

non-warrantable.
